Hello Frankly Fam!
The Rachels have all been sent, and in most cases, are arriving in mailboxes as we speak. If you have not received your box by July 4, please send an email to [email protected] so we can look into it for you.
On that note, it is bittersweet to share that this will be our last Kickstarter update. All orders have been fulfilled, and it is time for us to focus on launching new products on our website. We are so deeply thankful for all of you for believing in us and giving us the momentum to get the brand up and running. We hope you will keep following along on our journey through social media, on our email list, or by reaching out to us directly. Please keep sharing your photos and your feedback. We love hearing from you and you will always have a special place in the Frankly story. Until then, in true Frankly fashion, we leave you with something fun...

The day so many of us have been waiting for is here! The Rachel dress is officially in the warehouse :) We are SO excited to get these to you.
If you missed the emails from us, this is your LAST CHANCE to update your address with us. You either got an email from Backerkit, or from [email protected] confirming your address. If this has changed, you needto let us know before Friday morning, when the first shipments are off to the post office. Email us at [email protected] if you've moved and haven't already updated your address with us.
Here is our first delivery (friend in town!) in the Black Rachel Midi.

We'll keep this update short: Launch day is today at 12pm CT!
You all should have gotten your $20 off codes in an email yesterday at around 12:45pm PT. If you didn't get one and want yours, send us a note to [email protected] :) They're good for 2 weeks, through 6/8 11:59pm CT.
Rachel Dress Update: The dress is officially in quality control as we speak, so we'll be sending these out in the next few weeks! So excited to get these to you all.
@ Our Canadian backers: We are not shipping to Canada for these first few months post launch, but we plan on restarting this summer (July or August). We can re-send you the Kickstarter special discount code then when we begin shipping to Canada again!

One Week Until Launch!!

Hey there Kickstarter fam -
We wanted you all to know first: We're launching next Tuesday (5/25)! It's a little surreal, a tiny bit nerve wracking, but we're mostly just excited. You are a huge reason why Frankly exists - we're grateful to have had your support and encouragement, especially through the production issues we ran into early on. Your feedback on the bodysuit has also been so helpful (especially for a possible version 2 of the Eva!) - keep it coming. Some logistical updates first:
Special Kickstarter Backer Reward: You'll be receiving a special Kickstarter backer only code in your email right before launch that will give you $20 off at franklyapparel.com! This is a 1-time use, unique to you code, so don't share it!
Quick Update on the Rachel Dress: It'll be on the site as a pre-order during launch, but rest assured, the ETA is still the same - mid-June. We'll make sure to ship yours out first :)

It's official! The Eva Bodysuits are in the mail!! All of our US backers should receive their orders sometime this week. We have all of your tracking info on the back end, so if you haven't gotten your package by the end of next week, reach out. Orders are being shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the quantities.
We are currently test sending one Canadian order to make sure we don't have any customs issues at the border. We will plan to send the rest of the bodysuits to our Canadian backers just as soon as we can confirm that all is well. Hopefully that means end of this week! We will reach out to each of you individually once your package is in transit.

We have purchased carbon offsets to offset the emissions for the shipping of your bodysuits using https://carbonfund.org/. We will do the same for the Rachels when they ship. We are committed to continuing to figure out how to make our business as sustainable as possible.
Take photos in your new threads, tag us using #FranklyMyFave on social, and help us out by sending your feedback to [email protected]. If you have any fit issues, we are happy to exchange your bodysuit for another size or color that we have in stock.

All is going well for the Rachels! Production is underway and we are still on track for mid-June delivery. We will keep you posted as we get updates.
